“Oak Hill” was a prestige property that Home Staging Toowoomba was privileged to work on. At 1300m2 of floor space and expansive grounds, it was not for the faint-hearted!

With multiple living and entertaining spaces we focused on creating intimate spaces and focal points through layering, while maintaining flow and cohesion throughout. The home’s beautiful design and location were enhanced by home staging, attracting premium buyers in this limited end of the market.  Interest for this house was amazing during the early stage of the marketing campaign with a contract in place within three weeks.

Stunning Transformation

This somewhat-dated 1990s home needed a home staging transformation! The owner willingly gave herself up to the home staging process having already disconnected from her home, she was ready to take the advice we had to offer.

This home staging transformation included paint colour recommendations, new window dressings, editing most of the existing furniture, and hiring additional contemporary furnishings and accessories.

Colonial Cottage with Charming Features

Beautiful Straw-Bale House

This unique home is a beautifully constructed example of this clever eco-friendly method of building.  The property was priced at the lower end of the Toowoomba market, however the owners had seen the benefits of home staging and our work before and were determined to have it staged. We were thrilled to work on this project.

We had fun furnishing this house simply and stylishly, and it just shone. We ensured each room had good flow, key focal points and clear purpose, making it easy to fall in love with!

Buyers did fall in love with the home as quickly as we had, and offers flowed in as soon as it hit the market.
